billy ward

Billy Ward is a London-based artist who uses photography to explore light, shadow, and the relationships we nurture through time. Human connection plays an integral role in Billy’s work, from the sentimental moments captured between spaces, to the deconstruction and examining of what it means to be a family.
Billy’s photography explores what it means to meditate on the moment we are currently in the thick of, to be sentimental of what is happening right now, and to know that even with the sharpest eye and thought, we may not get it all. That life can pass us by, but by knowing it has, we are richer in the biography we share with each other.
